The goal
Like most independent hotels, Himley relied on third-party platforms for bookings and on staff time for guest questions. The brief: own the booking relationship, cut the volume of routine front-desk calls, and make the whole experience feel as polished as the hotel itself.

A fast, mobile-first website for the hotel — 15 pages across six room types, rebuilt to feel as polished as the hotel itself.
AI control panel
One panel to run the whole online presence: an AI CMS that edits content by chat, an AI concierge that answers guest questions, plus AI SEO, scheduling, reputation and revenue tools.
Direct booking, integrated
We connected the hotel's own booking so guests reserve directly on the site, rather than through third-party platforms.
